Manage billing and subscriptions
The $9 Fix Pass does not renew. Indie Pro renews monthly until you cancel. You can manage your purchase directly through Creem.
Cancel a subscription
Use Manage billing below if this browser has verified paid access. Otherwise open the Creem Customer Portal and sign in using the email used at checkout. Select the subscription and follow the cancellation steps. Check the confirmation and effective date.
Recover or troubleshoot access
Deleting browser storage does not cancel a subscription. Restore access with the Creem license key and your saved purchase recovery reference. An existing license instance is reused when possible. If the purchase reference is missing, contact support with your Creem receipt. Active licensing alone does not prove a paid subscription: the associated order and paid period are checked too.
Cancellation is separate from refunds
A scheduled cancellation stops future renewal while access continues to the paid-period end. An immediate cancellation or revoked payment may end access sooner. For the first-purchase 7-day refund offer, use the Refund Policy.
